游戏里充满Metal气息的Brutal Legend《野兽传奇》，经过笔者狂战十个小时左右后，终于把它给全破了。在将近十一个小时的游玩过程中，除了完成主线任务外，还顺便解了「部份」的支线任务。如果与一般动作游戏来相比的话，《野兽传奇》整体的游戏时数算是非常足够的；如果玩家想要完成游戏中所有的支线任务，可能得花上十几个钟头。

接下来的攻略流程里，我们将会为玩家以任务章节的方式，介绍所有主线任务的Boss打法与过关流程，提供给玩家参考。在攻略流程尚未开始前，在此事先提醒玩家，攻略流程内容包括部份游戏剧情透露，请玩家自行斟酌观看。

序章：传说的救世主降临

游戏中，玩家所操作的主角是一位名为Eddie Riggs的乐团助理，担任大型演唱会幕后工作者的他，却在一次演唱会里意外受伤。他的鲜血注入父亲所留给他的皮带扣里，因此被传送到到一处充满恶魔与怪物的世界。当地的泰坦族深信救世主将会再一次降临到这个世界，并且利用削铁如泥的神斧拯救世界；只是艾迪万万没想到，救世主传承的开始，居然是从父亲留给他的皮带扣开始。

游戏开始，艾迪会从一处诡谲的祭坛上醒来，在他还搞不清楚发生什么事情时，一旁有几位身穿红袍貌似死神的家伙，突然间掏出长剑准备作掉艾迪，此时玩家可以捡起祭坛中央的斧头，并且利用手把的A键进行攻击。解决所有敌人后，玩家就能在上层取得一把「电」吉他，只要朝着敌人连打手把X键，艾迪便能施展能够电死敌人的吉他快刷。然而玩家使用电吉他时，会让吉他的温度不断飙升而暂时无法使用，此时只要稍作休息、让吉他冷却后即可再次使用。

黑色安息日（Black Sabbath）前主唱Ronnie James Dio今日传出从《野兽传奇》，英文原名Brutal Legend）》游戏名单中退出，取而代之的是《洛基恐怖秀（Rocky Horror Picture Show ）》明星Tim Curry.

第三人称动作游戏《野兽传奇》是由 Tim Schafer和Double Fine Productions联手打造，由知名艺人杰克。布莱克（Jack Black）扮演并为游戏中万能的乐团管理员艾迪。瑞格斯（Eddie Riggs）配音，并集结众多的重金属摇滚重量级人士包括犹太祭司乐团的 Rob Halford、机车首领乐团的灵魂人物Lemmy Kilmister，与重金属女歌手Lita Ford等参与游戏。

原本Ronnie James Dio在游戏中将扮演主要反派角色Doviculus一角，也就是The Tainted Coil军团的领导者。但Tim Schafer指出，Ronnie James Dio是个了不起的歌手、重金属摇滚的伟大人物，但作为 Doviculus这个角色，研发团队发现 Tim Curry更为适合；相信届时玩家将会看到Tim Curry在游戏中扮演黑暗帝王的表现。

《恶黑摇滚》主要描述艾迪。瑞格斯的故事，某天一场意外导致艾迪。瑞格斯失去意识，当他的血滴到他身上的皮带（他父亲送给他的礼物）时，竟然把他捲入一个看似奇怪却又熟悉的世界中；这个世界充满了重金属摇滚的专辑封面与歌词，但那裡却有着邪恶的帝王Doviculus与他的恶魔军团The Tainted Coil ，计画奴役这个世界的人类。

人类虽然在Halford与他妹妹Lita的领导下，企图与邪恶势力对抗却感到束手无策，他们需要一个能够把所有人类集结起来、带领他们一起作战的领袖；而艾迪。瑞格斯的出现，将带领这个世界进入重金属的狂热年代。

游戏强调将传递给玩家深度又具有乐趣的战斗。玩家将在游戏世界中，看到来自于一些经典重金属摇滚灵感如专辑封面、歌词、绘画等内容，以开放式丰富的世界呈现在玩家眼前；游戏内更集结了众多具有授权的经典重金属歌曲，陪伴玩家游玩时能够热血沸腾。

　　把战斗女尼砍成二半后，就可以乘坐她专属的座骑上路，玩家只要顺着死人骨头堆起来的道路往下即可。塬本以为可以逃离敌人追杀的艾迪，没料到这里却有更多的敌人等着他的到来，为了要保住小命，只有选择一战再战!在艾迪杀出一条血路时，却在刀锋相对的瞬间巧遇一位正妹奥菲莉亚(Ophelia)。他们俩在战场上建立起信赖关係，并且还能靠近她按下手把Y键进行合体技攻击;一见钟情的艾迪瞬间陷入爱河。

　　与奥菲莉亚一起杀出重围后，他们被困在走廊的尽头。从大门门缝窥视外头，有大批敌人朝着这里前进。接下来玩家只要靠近后方的石刻乐谱，按住手把的RT键选择BEGIN SOLO技能后，依照乐谱上的按键图示输入指令，便能召唤能够组装为肌肉车的零件。
